CVE, a rapidly growing California based specialty contractor, has their sights set on being one of the country’s largest abatement and demolition companies. As CVE’s workforce grew and their business became more complex, their manual processes and legacy systems reached a breaking point. “It’s an aha moment when you're humming along and you're like, 'gosh, we've really outgrown where we are.' So we went with ADP and that was a really challenging experience. Twelve months into implementation and we couldn’t onboard more than 50 employees.”
